14th October 2002
The Rocky Horror Show
King's Theatre, Glasgow

A quick trip to the Rocky Horror Show website has reminded me that this was the first Glasgow date on the Big 30 tour, which had opened in Bromley ten days previously.

This was the night that we first saw the bizarre new costumes that they came up with on that tour - like the usherette with the baby-doll smock and the mini skirt made of plastic squares.

Who could forget the rubber bodysuits for the space scenes? I laughed all the way through I'm Going Home.

Thankfully, the show listened to the fans, and made a few adjustments over the course of that tour.

Of course, we did love Rhona when she took a bow in that corset - fwarr!

Yippee! it's a tartan back!
