Another spectacular cinema closing night, Rocky Horror style, and Jings Crivvens, Help ma BOAB. This was one of the direst nights ever. This particular closing night, at the dismally quiet Stack Leisure park, Dundee, was attended by approximately 30 people, 2 of whom bothered to dress up (but they were Brian and Abi from Dunfermline -who became pals of ours and brought The Cake to the Grosvenor Closing). And 2 of the virgins ran away to the back and refused to play... The memorable moment for me was at the end of the Charles Atlas Reprise when I decided to jump on my Rocky, young Jen. Who is about 1 foot and 3 stone smaller than me. We did, of course, end up flat on the floor...

This card was almost definitely thrown by Brian and Abi, as I don't think anyone else in the cinema would have known what to do with a pack of cards at Rocky. I dated this card straight away with a conveniently located black eyeliner pencil. The nickname really indicates how much I enjoyed it. Another Partick Thistle colour scheme here, but the yellow is a little bit limp. And is it my imagination or is the boy cross-eyed? A nice swirlie wirly leafy pattern, with a cute wee butterfly at the centre. Widdly. |
