This was my one and only (so far!) Rocky Horror in a Yorkshire
Working-Mans Club. What an experience! The show was a fund raising
night organised by friends in the Whitby goth scene.
We couldn't start until the bingo had finished (the whole building
used the same PA), so we sat and waited listening to the dulcit
tones of "two little dooks, twenty tooo".
Our preshow was "Summer Nights", Martin was Sandi/Janet
and jumped off the stage in 6 inch stilletoes and survived.
Afterwards the owner laid on a massive buffet and free booze, just
for us. Wonderful treatment.
The club was bought over in 2002 and is now a "nice"
hotel. Bit of a shame really.

Some nice bright colours going on here - a bit inappropriate for
a show attended almost entirely by the resident goths of the town
which inspired Bram Stoker to write Dracula...
The classic "tablecloth" back is somewhat marred by the
big gooey blob in the middle. This is a piece of double-sided sticky
tape used to attach the card to the backing when it was framed.
Never, ever again will I use permanent fixings on my cards. Already
too many of them have been ruined! Slap my own wrists.
Apologies also for the slightly wonky scanning.
